Specialty Home Services is a team of licensed and insured housekeepers, serving St. George and surrounding areas. Specialty Home Services is flexible, punctual, friendly, honest, and here to help with your cleaning needs. Our clients become family to us; and each one is greatly appreciated. 

​In order to maintain continuity in your quality service, clients are matched with a housekeeper based on needs and schedule. Service is available on a weekly, every other week, or monthly basis. Our rates are based on the square footage of your home.

1,500-2,000 sq. ft. $120 flat rate

2,001-2,500 sq. ft. $160 flat rate

2,501-3,000 sq. ft. $200 flat rate

3001+ sq. ft. $240 flat rate

We also provide move out/in cleans, deep cleans and organization. Please send us a message for pricing.

Payment is due to your housekeeper at time of service. We accept Venmo (@Lacy-Price-2), cash or checks payable to: Specialty Home Services. Late payments and/or return check charges are $50. Please make payment arrangements if you will not be present at the time of cleaning. There is a $50 charge for canceled/rescheduled appointments, unless notification is made at least 48 hours in advance. 

Tips are never required, but greatly appreciated. 

Housekeepers arrive completely stocked with cleaning supplies. Your own products can also be used, just let your housekeeper know (Specialty Home Services is not responsible for any damages caused by client-provided products). Additionally, our vacuums are used in homes with animals and cleaned daily. If this presents an allergy issue, please let the housekeeper know to use your vacuum.

Housekeepers DO NOT clean outside (including outside of windows), window blinds, window tracks, shampoo carpets, or buff & wax floors. If you would like the inside of your oven and/or refrigerator cleaned we will need to know prior to your next cleaning to allow for appropriate time.

​If someone in your household has a communicable illness of any kind (MRSA, scabies, head lice, strep, e-coli, COVID, etc), please let your housekeeper know so proper precautions are taken.
